By enabling this functionality, you can expect up to a 20% increase in offers submitted to your store. With an offer-to-purchase conversion rate of 25%, this gives you an immediate way to increase profitable revenue.
Creating Exit Offer Campaigns
We've made it better than ever to convert with Exit Intent, by providing you with three default pre-loaded assets, which you can enable based on the campaigns you're using (Make an Offer, Price Match, or Volume Discount). *Please note that these default exit creatives are only available for those specific campaign types.
Start by navigating to the Campaign you'd like to enable exit intent on, and click on Exit Intent:
If you have your own design you'd like to upload and use, simply click on the + icon in the upper right hand corner.
Once you’ve selected and uploaded a new image, you will find additional tools to tweak it. Adjust the backdrop coloration and opacity, determine how rounded or square your image will be, and adjust the size.
If there are multiple Exit Offer Campaigns active for one Store, PriceWaiter will automatically cycle them and conduct A/B testing. These tests will give you insight into which Exit Offer Campaigns perform best. You can adjust the settings for these cycles from the Exit Offers page. Click Configuration Options just above your list of campaigns. You can choose whether the campaigns should cycle evenly or try to garner the highest number of clicks. You may also set the Exit Offer Campaigns to appear rarely, occasionally, frequently, or always.
On the Exit Offers page you'll see stats listed in-line with each campaign. You can also find stats for Exit Intent in your store Dashboard.
