How do I refund a customer?


Under completed orders, click on the order you would like to mark as refunded. At the top right corner, you'll find a drop down menu. Click the 'refund this order' option and the order will be reversed in the PriceWaiter system and the total will not count towards your PriceWaiter bill *if marked as refunded within your billing cycle.

Important Note: You must still refund the order from your payment system and inventory. Refunding the order from PriceWaiter reverses the order in our system so we don't charge you our transaction fee, but will not automatically trigger your refund protocol.
