How do I refund a customer for a canceled or returned order?

You will have to do two things:

1. First, if you have more than one payment processor integrated with PriceWaiter, please check what payment processor the shopper used to complete the purchase. Then go to that payment processor's backend and process the refund directly.

2. Then, open that offer in your PriceWaiter admin and click on Actions > Refund this order. Doing this ensures we don't take the percentage for that transaction.

*Please note that any percentage change from a refund is only available within 30 days of the date of purchase.
